Hollandaise sauce

A classic that should not be missed. I make it with the immersion blender. Much easier and just as tasty!

- Blender

Ingredients

  • 50 gr unsalted butter

  • 1 egg yolk

  • Chardonnay vinegar

Preparation

  • Melt the butter until hot but not browning yet.
  • Put the egg yolk in a measuring cup (that fits your hand blender) and add a splash of vinegar, a teaspoon of water and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix this and slowly add the warm butter. Mix until it is a thick sauce.
