Ingredients
50 gr unsalted butter
1 egg yolk
Chardonnay vinegar
Preparation
- Melt the butter until hot but not browning yet.
- Put the egg yolk in a measuring cup (that fits your hand blender) and add a splash of vinegar, a teaspoon of water and a pinch of salt.
- Mix this and slowly add the warm butter. Mix until it is a thick sauce.
