Dumplings with roe stew and raw salad

When I make stew I always make sure that there is a lot left for a second meal, after all it takes quite some time (and it is of course super tasty). But I find eating the exact same thing a bit boring twice, so I try to make a new version of the dish.

In this case dumplings with roe stew and a raw vegetable salad. The flavors pop off the plate and the difference in structures works very nicely together. A very short recipe this time, especially for the leftovers.

  • Tie the chives around the dumplings.
  • Grease the steamer basket or steamer insert with neutral oil.
  • Steam the dumplings for 5-8 minutes, until they are exactly the way you want them.
