Ingredients
1 Granny Smith apple
1 stem celery
1 tsp Chardonnay vinegar
Preparation
- Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core.
- Cut the quarters into pieces and put in the blender.
- The celery can also be cut into pieces and in the blender.
- Smooth this together.
- Place a paper towel in a sieve on a bowl and pour the mixture into it; let it drain quietly.
- Add the vinegar to the strained juice and stir briefly.
- Serve in a shot glass. Cheers!
