Tools:
– Food processor
Ingredients
75 gr fresh lime juice
10 gr ginger syrup
40 gr water
40 gr sugar
4 gr agar agar
Preparation
- Mix the lime juice with the ginger syrup, water, sugar and agar agar.
- Bring this to a boil and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour this on a tray or in an oven dish and let it set in the fridge for half an hour.
- Draai de gelei glad in een keukenmachine of blender en doe de gel dan in een spuitzak. Leg opzij tot gebruik.
