– Food processor

Ingredients

  • 75 gr fresh lime juice

  • 10 gr ginger syrup

  • 40 gr water

  • 40 gr sugar

  • 4 gr agar agar

Preparation

  • Mix the lime juice with the ginger syrup, water, sugar and agar agar.
  • Bring this to a boil and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour this on a tray or in an oven dish and let it set in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Draai de gelei glad in een keukenmachine of blender en doe de gel dan in een spuitzak. Leg opzij tot gebruik.
