Daarmee cre\u00eber je diversiteit qua smaken en structuren op je bord en tegelijk eenheid; er is tenslotte een verbindende factor in de verschillende bereidingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit gerecht is er zo een. Ge\u00efnspireerd op een gerecht wat ik ergens op <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/haroldkookt\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/nl.pinterest.com\/haroldkookt\/_created\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pinterest<\/a> tegenkwam maar omdat het gebaseerd is op een foto &#8211; met een korte omschrijving &#8211; komen veel eigen idee\u00ebn hierin terug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het mooie aan dit recept vind ik dat je verrast wordt door de verschillende manieren waarop smaken en onderdelen terugkomen. De smaak van geroosterde hazelnoot komt bijvoorbeeld ook subtiel terug in de kabeljauw omdat je die gaart in beurre noisette. Of de bleekselderij, die komt terug in de saus maar ook gemarineerd onder de vis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In dit recept maak je teveel knolselderijcr\u00e8me en gepofte knolselderij. Maar om het te verwerken zijn deze hoeveelheden wel prettig. Bewaar de rest voor de volgende dag, doe het door de soep of maak dit gerecht gewoon nog een keer \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot slot, als je geen sous vide set hebt kun je de kabeljauw ook in de oven garen.
