Daarbij vind ik het leuk om verschillende dingen te maken die goed vooraf te maken zijn, in ieder geval grotendeels. Je wilt natuurlijk niet de hele avond in de keuken staan maar lekker meedoen met de gezelligheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit voorgerecht (of tussengerecht) is daar een mooi voorbeeld van, je kunt prima de dag van tevoren al een paar onderdelen bereiden. Dit geef ik aan in het recept hieronder. De ingredi\u00ebnten zijn aan de ruimte kant, dit komt doordat je volume nodig hebt voor de bereiding.<br>Alleen de coquilles en kastanjechampignons zijn echt voor 2 personen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met dit gerecht weet ik zeker dat je jouw gasten verrast. Mooie producten, heerlijke smaken en ik vind het er te gek uitzien.
